TOEFL-i BT
The Internet-based Test (iBT) is the official international TOEFL exam used to test the four key skills of effective communication: reading, writing, speaking, and listening. Thus, students are involved in classroom activities to hone these skills, with an eye on operational knowledge which actively involves students, particularly in speaking and writing. Our iBT Preparation Course provides all the tips and tricks needed for you to obtain optimum results on your TOEFL.

Each section of the iBT TOEFL is graded separately, and then combined to calculate your total TOEFL score. Here’s an idea of how you are graded:

How to Prepare for TOEFL-i BT
Our syllabus will set you on the course to success with ample material to prepare you for the TOEFL iBT exam.
The official Barron’s “TOEFL-iBT” book complete with a CD-ROM is chock full of essential information to prepare you for the iBT test. You will be instructed in the following:
- Reading and understanding the orientation of the iBT
- Taking model pre-tests with answer sheets and explanations
- Learning how to pinpoint your weaknesses and concentrate on what skills you need to strengthen most
In addition to Barron’s iBT guidebook, our teachers will also instruct you on the official Barron’s “How to Prepare for the TOEFL Essay” book, to ensure optimum performance on the writing section of iBT. Included are:
- An overview if the TOEFL essay
- Help on topic selection information
- Organization techniques
- Foolproof tips on analyzing and editing essays
With the aid of a trained and experienced instructor to guide you through the course, your ample preparation for the TOEFL examination is 100% assured.
